If you guys saw yesterday’s journal, then you know that I want to see progress on Project Trico A.K.A: The Last Guardian. Since the first trailer was seen at E3 2007, people have been frothing at the mouth for this delayed game. The Last Guardian has been in development for seven years straight, and it’s causing gamers everywhere to care more about it each time it isn’t shown off on the show floor. After 2009, the game reached “Mystical Unicorn” status, which means that there has been little to no news about the game’s progress. In fact, in 2011, Sony lost the trademark for this game’s name. Rumors have even started circulating that the game had been canceled. However, the head of Sony Computer Entertainment has refuted these rumors, which were started by IGN. For me, and loads of others, hearing the title, or even looking at the trailer and stills, makes my heart squeeze with the painful memories of that trailer. And it fills me with a profound longing that can only be quelled by seeing that gigantic, baby gryphon creature and his human friend. And when I heard that Amazon had a placeholder listing, those feels came back, and they came back hard. Here’s hoping that The Last Guardian gets to be seen, and here’s to the dreams of gamers everywhere. If The Last Guardian doesn’t see the light of day, I’ll be moping Tamaki Style, in a dark corner, for a while. However, if it is revealed this year, I’ll be one of the happiest gamers alive.
Remember: Sony’s E3 press conference will be at 6:00PM PDT! Tune in to Spike T.V., Gametrailers.com, or Gamespot.com to get your fill of Playstation goodness!
In about two hours, EA will have its go on the showroom floor at 12:00PM PDT, followed by Ubisoft at 3:00PM PDT. Tomorrow at 9:00AM PDT, we have Nintendo’s digital E3 event. Stay tuned, guys, and happy gaming!

Restarting My Pokemon TCG Collection
