It's super effective!

Heya, guys. I wanna tell you a story about a freaky thing that happened last night. Don’t worry, it’s G-rated; I promise! Okay so, I’d been asleep for about four, maybe five hours. At about one in the morning (I don’t know really, just going by my gut feeling), my brain wakes up and just demands that I open my eyes. I do, but something feels a bit...Off.  My eyes are open, and I’m fully awake and alert, but I can’t move.  I felt numb all over, and I was seeing black figures floating over me and inky blobs popping in through my vision. Now, I started to panic a little, but I actually managed to shut my eyes and go on back to the dreamscape without waking up until eight.

For those of you who don’t know, Sleep Paralysis occurs when your brain wakes up, but your body isn’t awake at all. The lack of movement can cause hallucinations (Mainly dark figures, like I saw) and can cause you to go into panic mode.  Despite these frightening happenings, Sleep Paralysis only lasts for what could be a few seconds, to about one minute. So, if you wake up during the whole thing, just wait, you’ll start moving soon after. That’s all I have to say, everyone! I’ll see you guys later! :peace:
